Breed Specific Legislation within the U.K

Breed specific legislation (BSL) within the U.K. is more complicated than it first appears. It is not simply a matter of banning a certain breed of dog. We have broken the information down into smaller sections in order that you may find the piece you are searching for with ease. Please note unless stated otherwise the following only applies to England Scotland and Wales. It does NOT apply to Northern and Southern Ireland who have their own legislation.
